Cancellations & No-Shows 48-Hour Notice: You can cancel or change your appointment for free up to 48 hours before your start time. Late Cancellations: If you cancel less than 48 hours before your visit, 50% of the service cost will be due. No-Shows: If you miss your appointment, your card on file will be charged for the full price of the service. Repeat Cancellations: If you cancel or reschedule two times, you must pay a deposit for your next visit in full at the time of booking. Deposit & Payment Policy New Client Deposit: All first-time clients must pay a non-refundable deposit to book their first appointment. Deposit Rules: All deposits are completely non-refundable and cannot be transferred to other dates or people. Payment Types: Cash is preferred. Credit cards are accepted, but they have a 4% processing fee. Debit cards are not accepted.
